Loading CSS frameworks

Is it possible to install frameworks like foundation-sites or bootstrap? I had problems installing npm packages, cause they use JQuery.

Any insights on how to achieve this?

Surely, it is. Have a look at bootstrap-vue. It provides the standard Bootstrap components only by using Vue without any dependency to jQuery. However, you still need to install Bootstrap separately for the framework's stylesheets which means you'll get a warning from npm that jQuery is required as a peer-dependency. You might just ignore this warning or maybe install jQuery but never import it in your application.
