Sometime don't work on "<style scoped lang="scss">"

Sometime don't work style in <style scoped lang="scss">. But when I tried to move it to /client/main.css, It works fine. Please help me.

I base on Element UI, problem with style name with __ Ex:

.el-textarea__inner {
  font-size: 12px;
}

/* Element dialog*/
.el-dialog__body {
  padding: 20px 20px 10px 20px !important;
}
