Is there a single package that can give us the recommended packages all at once?

It'd be nice if there was a package that would give us all the recommended packages to work with standard Meteor APIs. This would not include Apollo, for example, as that's not default Meteor. This package would include vue-meteor-tracker, vue-component, vue-ssr, basically everything for a default Meteor app where basically all tooling is around the Vue rendering but with standard Meteor APIs (thus no Apollo).

Or perhaps a CLI tool that can make a scaffolded app (or did I miss that?)
