Want to reverse changes

Hey there, after messing around with viper, I gave up and decided to change my headphones. Just wondering if there is a way to reverse the changes because my Realtek equalizer doesn't work anymore. Thanks in advance.

I'll suggest u to do a fresh installation of Windows again.

The problem was solved by reinstalling the realtek driver

The problem was solved by reinstalling the realtek driver
