Versions not on CPAN, listed as available on CPAN

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

The version dropdown on the page https://metacpan.org/pod/PGObject::Util::DBAdmin shows versions 1.6.1 and 1.6.2 (which are on CPAN), but also 0.13.0 and 1.0.0, which are not on CPAN (have been moved to BackPAN looong ago).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://metacpan.org/pod/PGObject::Util::DBAdmin'
2. Click on 'the version drop-down arrow'
3. See the error in the list of shown versions

Expected behavior

The drop-down list should not have included versions 0.131.0 and 1.0.0.
