Specify the relationship with the companies whose logos appear in all footers

This is half a bug and half a suggestion for improvement. There are a number of companies whose logos appear in the footer of most pages, but it is not indicated what the relationship is with these companies. Are they sponsors? Or do we simply employ their platforms/technologies to deploy the metacpan application? I would suggest clarifying this with some small text, perhaps something like "metacpan gratefully runs using services provided by: .. < logos >".

There is some info on https://metacpan.org/about/sponsors but it's likely incomplete and it's also out of date. Would be worthwhile taking a look at that at the same time.
