Future timestamps show as "a minute ago" in file browser

Describe the bug

When viewing the list of files of a dist with timestamps in the future, the "last modified" column shows "a minute ago"

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://metacpan.org/release/GAGNONM/Text-Templater-1.4/source
2. View the "Last Modified" column
3. Hover over the "a minute ago" labels

Expected behavior

Future timestamps described correctly or shown as-is.
