[Feature Request]: Add a option to re-enable excluded modules

Excluded modules is a bitwise field available on the device metadata that lets clients know what modules are generally not available for a hardware device. In some cases advanced users may decide to override the manufacturer config / manually customize a device and it would be good for there to be a way to re-enable this excluded modules. On iOS you long press on the logo in the settings screen to re-enable these modules for advanced users, this does not need to be an easily discoverable option as it is for advanced users only running custom firmware builds.
