[Feature Request]: select specific value and resize plot graph.

i think it would be a good idea to be able and select a specific value (for example temperature) and plot a graph solely for those numbers. currently as the different numbers values grow appart the plot range is extended and some of the lower digits readings lose in their visual accuracy. this is caused because the scale of the graph is streched to accomodate the highest number of that whole sensor.

for example in my screenshot i am using a BME280 and it has 3 different sensor inside. the humidity reading of 90% is stretching out the graph upward. meanwhile a difference of 5degrees celcius is barely noticable at the bottom. i have to scroll and try to understand the raw readings from the list instead. also the minimum time scale is 24hours and this is too long of a time span for some things.

i propose someway of selecting a reading and adding somekind of buttons? to adjust the ranges. example:
