Fix: Re-add Exoscale Icons

This PR is a continuation of #2213

Notes for Reviewers

This update includes the following improvements to the model components:

• Added shape capabilities, including resizing, color customization, and more.
• Removed the previously present red circular background from the SVGs.
• Set fixed height and width for SVGs to improve resizing behavior and overall user experience.

Hi @sudhanshutech,

I had added the "Exoscale-Icons" model previously in #2213 but that model didn't have capabilities added to them. I'm re-adding this model after adding Capabilities, and fixing all the SVGs for annotation use.
