Muximux fails to start when github is not reachable

Muximux fails to "start" if github is not reachable. Not reachable as in: A connection is being setup with github, but nothing comes back and it continues to wait.

I'm constantly behind a VPN and somteimes it happens that specific services do not answer neither to pings nor any other kind of network connection. If in such state, Muximux will not be able to start after a fresh install.

Only after defining the branches hashes and last_check will it start to work.

What a silly dependency! Whoever wrote that bit wasn't thinking. XD

Haven't started working on the update bit yet in the rewrite I'm currently working on, but I developed a very reliable system for my other web app, which I'll be porting back to Muximux.
