Send message through bot if username and avatar aren't customized

If the user doesn't customize the username and avatar we might as well just send it through the bot instead of creating a webhook and then using that. This applies to custom bots but also maybe to the main bot.

This would also allow for animated avatars for premium users with a custom bot.
