Integrate Sentry into mento-web

Description

To avoid downtime, we should integrate with sentry and set up alerting so we're notified of any issues encountered while fetching data from any of the sources

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Errors are reported in Sentry
• [ ] Alerting is in place for serious errors

Having set up Sentry through the wizard before, I can take this up comfortably.

hey hey, given this requires access to our internal sentry this is not the best issue for community contributions i'm afraid, but stay tuned for new issues!
