Confirmed with reproducer: [pf-9039.zip](https://github.com/primefaces/primefaces/files/9209387/pf-9039.zip) My suspicion is the ordering of the JSF tree as its rendering the components it renders the checkbox first then it renders the Outputlabel.

i suspect this issue is the same in most of the "Data" components like DataView etc.

Going to close this one as WontFix as we stated there is no easy way to fix this.

DataTable: with frozen and dynamic columns loses sorting on refresh

I have confirmed this is still an issue in 11.0.0-SNAPSHOT. It works fine if `frozenColumns=2` is removed.
