Steam guard was off but yet i'm still receiving this error ,

'22:18:08 [Main] ERROR GC - q11saa (Unprotected) - Unable to connect to Steam: "Invalid Password". Please check your account details. 22:18:08 [Main] ERROR ThreadManager - The provided SteamGuard code was wrong. Please retry.'

And how long is the steam limit reached cooldown? Thank you in advance!

Your account password is wrong and ~12hours.

My password was correct and i was able to login and play cs go :/ The steam guard was off too...

Try to delete the login key for that account, it can be found in the loginkeys directory
