There are one or two alternatives for elementary already on the store. Did you check then? I agree this is the nicest and tiniest but I don't find enough motivation...

Same happens with v0.24.2, but with 0.25.0 it's a blocker, because `crystal deps` command was removed.

I [downloaded, compiled & installed](https://github.com/crystal-lang/shards) the Shards program manually. Should not be included?

Same with new Crystal 0.26.0. After `reshim` no luck, but checking `crystal env` output I found the binary inside the bin/ directory.
