These should be called "captures" and be a spacetime coordinate (i.e. location & time)

If the spacetime coordinate for a new capture is sufficiently different (in time or location) than a previous one, add it to a card, otherwise drop it.

Make sure timeouts are enforced/enabled in all device transactions (incl Proxmark3 read!)

Yep, manual card data entry is on our to-do list. This will probably take the form of a "virtual device" which redirects all card read requests to a pop-up dialog...

The generic infrastructure for this and its implementation for `HIDCardData` has been added in aa181dd23e59b090400d58bbff5b40a33a74ccdc. The implementation for `ISO14443ACardData` will come after its tidy-up.

Apparently the Maps SDK for Android is still free, so we're OK. We should still move its API key out of git (along with regenerating it) though.
