Don't include self-node-remediation per default

Although self-node-remediation is great, I would like the choice to enable it manually as a user. Therefore I would expect it to not be installed as a dependency of NHC - especially since it automatically springs into action.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Having SNR as dependency is a left over indeed when SNR was the only available remediator, and removing that dependency makes a lot of sense these days. We don't have release date yet for this change though.
