Selection restoration does not work in Safari after toolbar operations

Steps to reproduce -

  • Go to demo page - https://mdxeditor.dev/editor/demo
  • Place the cursor on any text
  • Change the block style to (quote, heading1..2 etc)
  • This will cause the page to scroll to bottom

Browser - Safari - Version 17.1 (19616.2.9.11.7) OS - MacOS Sonoma 14.1

I can confirm this issue. Is there already an outlook on what is causing this issue and when it will be picked up?
