Add support for UXP-based web browsers

As told by https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data/issues/17688#issuecomment-1236463360, BCD doesn't currently support UXP-based web browsers such as Pale Moon or Basilisk.

As new web developer, I rely on MDN and similar places to know, prior to testing, the compatibility of functionalities between different web browsers I use.

This helps to optimize time while developing a web application.

It would be great having them listed in the compatibility table in order to achieve this.

Seconding the request for PaleMoon in the compat tables. Probably only worth it if its compat data can be determined in an automated fashion, though.
