Host data collection tool somewhere public

Manually collecting data is a bit of work now, and just having a URL to visit that always uses the latest code would be great.

Hmm, trying to get it work manually by following https://github.com/mdittmer/web-apis#manual-data-collection-setup doesn't work for me today. After the 4 input fields go gray, it still says "collecting data" and submitting results in a file called data/og/window____.json with an empty JSON object ("{}").
