Collect historical data from four major browser vendors

In order to do API confluence analysis we should collect data from more browser versions. Roughly, we should:

• Start from today, and work our way backwards up to two years
• Collect data on desktop Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari
• Build up scripts for automating the above
• Investigate feasibility of automating data collection on mobile versions of these browsers
