Working in terminal but not in rutorrent

It's works cool in terminal command but fails to upload file from rutorrent.

I have installed it as root.If I was to install as user then tell me first how do I get rid of this current installation.

/usr/share/plowshare has no modules it's empty But in

/root/.config/plowshare/modules.d/ has modules 108 (path may be missing I am not sure,I have written this manually and not copy paste)

I am new to using Linux command and installation.I know certain basics but do not have enough idea to install modules.

Can some one light on how should I go with installing plowshare with modules installation as you all know that git doesn't comes with modules now,so how do I make separate installation and command line would be more appreciable.

copy all files FROM /root/.config/plowshare/modules.d/ TO /usr/share/plowshare/modules
make sure config file is also copy

I had done this and my plowmod --status -v3 says

`Found modules locations:

• /usr/share/plowshare/modules (108 modules found)
• /home/USERNAME/.config/plowshare/modules.d/legacy (108 modules found) dbg: Modules directories overrides: 108 modules conflicts detected! dbg: /home/USERNAME/.config/plowshare/modules.d/legacy conflicts with /usr/share/plowshare/modules `

just remember that /usr/share/plowshare/modules/ directory contains all modules and there is no directory legacy created,is that essential?

PS - config file is present as suggested in /usr/share/plowshare/modules directory.

And yes rutorrent still don't upload files.

I read this there is permission setup I have no clue as I have not done before.

Terminal has proper upload but seedbox dont.
