Enable replacing a level with a New Empty Level/M3L file via the Found Level List instead of just the World Map

This happens when you try to replace a level using the Found Level list.

This makes it inconvenient to replace sub-areas, because you're required to add them to the map via Scribe (which is more annoying due to https://github.com/mchlnix/SMB3-Foundry/issues/166 not being implemented) before you can overwrite their data.
