Additional information about Japanese support

I viewed the PRG ROM in Mesen and found a difference in level data offsets between the US and JP. If we can address this, we may be able to add Japanese support to the level editor. Although it could be limited like Lunar Magic.

When I checked with HxD, the world map OFFSET matched the US version OFFSET. I misunderstood
