Provide support for Serial Port

The package now only supports USB serial (Serial) on Feather M0 devices... Would like to reassign to another serial port as needed at compile or run time...

We'll consider it, but really that's something that needs to be addressed in LMIC as well as the Catena Arduino Platform, all as a unit.
