QLC+ Logo Refresh

Per issue #1409, this includes all required asset changes for the new logo.

Before merging

Testing will need to be done on the various platforms as the resolutions are higher. If any issues arise we can shrink them.

Circular vs Square design assets

Guides were used in qlcplus.svg to allow for the correct padding around this icon when used in the UI alongside square or rectangular assets. An explanation of these guides can be found here.

@Itay-Lifshitz is doing some tests on his side and will record here.
