Can Not Read Boot Sector

I have 2 ISO Files Windows 10 64Bit, PC Unlocker ISO and Windows 10 PE. Successfully created bootable UBS drive and Multiboot menu showing up well but when I am clicking on any OS like select PC Unlocker ISO system showing error Can Not Read Boot Sector same issue existing for Windows 10 ISO and Windows 10 PE. Please solve this issue. b1 b2
