[Feature Request] Allow dragging items on the menu editor

Description

Hi there, this is probably pretty minor, I'm tweaking the menu editor a bunch lately and I find it pretty annoying to deal with, you have to click a small arrow only for it to change position and have to repeat it until it is where you want, this works fine for one item, but takes a while if you wanna change many things.

I think dragging them, and perhaps even being able to select multiple at once would be much better.

This is bugging me.

Especially when adding an option I'd previously removed. I have to click it all the way up from the bottom.

I get that it was probably way faster to implement this way, and it's great that it's customizable at all, but it's not super ergonomic.

Maybe allow selecting one or multiple, then moving them with arrow keys could be an easy intermediate step?
