PUSH ROTATE does not close correctly

PUSH ROTATE menu opens correctly by rotating and translating simultaneously. But when closing the menu it first rotates back to flat and then translates back to it's original position. It's not smooth anymore and makes it look like the menu is slammed flat on the screen and then moved back.
