Error with installing

I have an error with running pip install pypylon-opencv-viewer I am trying to install on a LinuxARM64 Jetson Xavier NX

I have successfully installed pypylon and openCV, connected Basler acA cameras, fetched images and stored them to disk. Next step is to apply OpenCV

Any suggestions?
