Hello,

Thanks for the nice work! I was trying it out but have not been getting satisfactory results, similar to issue #8 I used it with python code per the notebook and called predictVolume function on 3D volume. The results look like below-

Does it work on a specific MR sequence or am I missing some preprocessing or other configuration? Can you help?

Hi, is it possible for you to share the data you've tried to segment so I can try to debug?

Thanks @Zaferyildiz. Unfortunately, I won't be able to share the data. But I guess we could try with other open source data. It might be helpful to understand if any preprocessing of input is needed so I can try it.
