OK, so I have https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/1222 I think it should work with the `.tar.gz` extraction if we change the output from `"dir"` to `"dir/*"` as I did in the index processes
as usual @FriederikeHanssen is right on point
I would also add the versions of each tools too
We might want to add extra informations, like an actual publication or DOI for the pipeline
I'll start working with subworkflow and modules next year.
