Describe the bug Error when running ng test

Generating browser application bundles (phase: setup)...(node:17023) UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: TypeError: The 'compilation' argument must be an instance of Compilation
    at Function.getCompilationHooks

To Reproduce node 14.18.2 angular 13

Expected behavior Should start karma and run tests
