Add Deno lambda (docker, provided.al2023)

Adding Deno lambda from the official guide: https://docs.deno.com/runtime/tutorials/aws_lambda/

The Docker image works locally and in AWS, I'm not sure how to test this any further in the context of this repo.

Thanks! This will require a bit of work from my side as for now there is no way to publish a custom OCI image which is required for Deno. I will this feature a bit later this month and we will be able to merge this! Thanks for your patience!
