These pages contain -Bbuild and -Bbuild/*

Sorry, my English is really bad.

cmake contains no option -Bbuild image

And these commands are working. But confusing (disorienting?).

it would be nice to mend (patch?) -Bbuild by -B build. (Ctrl + Shift + H)

it doesn't seem to me that a pull request is needed here.
