Doesn't find the full set of playlists stored spotify

Seems to only find the first 100 or so playlists

win 8, 64 bit.

and here. trying to experiment with the code, but it looks as if the spotify api is only returning 100 first time around. I'm struggling to find the docs on this part of the rest api though -- presumably there's some form of pagination support.
