If use VPN then cannot add item
Hi @brucezhuo
Could you provide more information: the type of VPN and the error message you saw?
I install the java 8 64bit en version, i can open the UI, but if i add item, such like “https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4lcGBERIcuU&ab_channel=RealTimewithBillMaher", then the error message will out as the png pic i posted.
Open the log folder in the application and open the most recent log file and scroll to the bottom. Could you copy paste any ERROR and Exceptions into here, or if you'd rather just send the log file and I can look at it.

I searched the google for error reason, it says that VPN cannot support IPV6, need to add the script " -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true", i don't know just FYI.
