Do you think migrating might resolve this issue with Azurite? I'm using v1.0.8 of Microsoft.Azure.Cosmos.Table.

I have to add here that it seems to work under Windows with the Azure.Cosmos.Table library but not under Ubuntu.

Can't auth with PAT to private feed in azure devops
