Hi I just lost my phone and I have another one and I restore everything back from iCloud and cannot access my Facebook again because this application need help

I would recommend reading the text in Info > Backups. If you don't have an encrypted backup of your device then either try to find the recovery codes Facebook gave you when you enabled 2FA or contact their support
