Update of project for new AWS resources

I was wondering if this project was still alive and will it be updated for new aws resources?

For example vpc_endpoint is missing a field in the describe

I haven't done any development on the project for awhile, but I would be more than happy to merge patches or work with anyone who wants to develop it further.
