Currently hacking together a feature branch to do this, and just had my first working CI workflow: https://github.com/mattmc3/antidote/tree/feat-refactor-tests-for-ci

BUT - I've now discovered other issues with earlier versions of Zsh. I need to decide how far back I'll support. I think it probably makes sense to go back no further than whatever ubunu-18.04 has, which I think is 5.4.
