CMB2 Field Slider Causing CMB2 Editor Error

How to produce this issue:

1. Create a repeatable group with editor in it.
2. Add another group item and click the visual/text tab at the editor
3. Current editor tab will not react. Instead, the previous one which react.
4. I suspect cm2_field_slider.js causing this issue.
