Ok so target low and multitarget

So I released 6.6.2 which also targets netstandard2.1. For some reason, I could not make the analyzer multitarget, and the vsix, which is netframework (has to be?) could not reference...

In this case I know it is about deserializing. The same JsonSerializer that Carl suggests can be used when creating the response parser as well.

Should be documented by just documenting that deserialization by default is carried out by json. Net. Along with some information on how to modify json.nets behaviour
