Why not have the GUI feature in the source of himalaya itself?

Ah, yes to all points (GUI was caused by autocorrect on my phone, sorry)

The `shell.nix` file has nothing to do with NixOS, it is the development setup for mixxx which is distro-agnostic!

Note that @haslersn did build mixxx as well, but with the old `ffmpeg`. I was able to build it with `ffmpeg_4`, though.
