Random ~h directories everywhere

EmacsPortable.App seems to be littering random ~h directories when starting eshell.

For eshell, it drops:

  • ~h/.emacs.d/eshell/history
  • ~h/.emacs.d/lastdir

Could be (locate-user-emacs-file "eshell/" ".eshell/") that is throwing off the chi.
