Add supporting documentation for GA bundled plugins within "Integrate & Extend"

Description

We propose a strategic restructuring of documentation page flows and links for "Integrate & Extend" which currently just redirects to developers.mattermost.com. This initiative aims to make documentation more intuitive and accessible for all users, including developers, admins, and end-users. See #7004 for the first example of adding documentation for a GA bundled plugin.

Objectives

• Revise the "Integrate & Extend" launch page to serve as a comprehensive hub directing various user groups to relevant documentation sections:
  • Developers to developer documentation for custom development.
  • Admins to a new section for enabling and configuring pre-packaged plugins.
  • End-users to a new section to learn how to use pre-packaged plugins enabled by their admins.
• Enhance the overall structure of the documentation to streamline the navigation process and improve the user experience.

Action Items

• [ ] Analyze the current documentation structure and identify areas for improvement.
• [ ] Design a more intuitive flow for the "Integrate & Extend" section that clearly directs users based on their roles and interests.
• [ ] Develop new sections as necessary to accommodate the needs of admins and end-users regarding pre-packaged plugins and open corresponding issues to add documentation (see #7004 for an example).
• [ ] Implement link updates and restructure content to ensure seamless navigation and access to information.
