[MM-46676] Document new ICE host port override setting for Calls
Summary
PR adds documentation for a new config setting for Calls that controls an optional override for the port appearing in the ICE host candidates.
Adding the Do Not Merge/Awaiting Next Release label as this is scheduled for next Calls version shipping with MM 9.6
