Improve organisation of list

Some games belong in more than one of the current categories (graphics window, R console, Shiny).

Perhaps the list could be tagged rather than grouped, e.g. with emoji (✨ for Shiny, etc).

Would allow for grouping by gameplay location as now, but can be expanded to explain whether the game is an original, a port, etc.

Have changed it so we now have sections with different types of games (puzzle, memory, etc).

There's probably a distinction to be drawn at a high level when it comes to original games and remakes, and also complete games vs 'toys' (game-like elements, but maybe not a full gameloop).
