Update the Jenkins version mentioned in pom file

The minimum Jenkins version required to install MATLAB Jenkins Plugin is shown in the plugin doc page. This version value is read from the POM file.

For 2.14.0 Jenkins MATLAB Plugin, the minimum Jenkins version required is 2.387.3. This needs to be updated in the POM file
